Female teacher, 24, accused of sexual misconduct with three of her students in US, including minors

Former school teacher Cassidy Kraus has been charged with engaging in sexual relations with three students between the ages of 13 and 14. She is facing charges of sharing explicit material with a minor, engaging in inappropriate conduct with a child, and third-degree sexual abuse. Montana man pleads not guilty to charges that he threatened to kill former House Speaker McCarthy

A Montana man pleaded not guilty to federal charges of threatening to assault and murder former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Richard Lee Rogers of Yellowstone County entered the plea during his initial appearance in federal court. Rogers is charged with threats to injure and murder a member of Congress, as well as making harassing telephone calls.
