An earthquake of magnitude 4.5 struck Nepal early Thursday morning, with no reported casualties. This comes as Nepal is still recovering from a 6.4 magnitude earthquake that occurred on November 3, which left 157 dead and scores injured. India has been providing emergency aid to Nepal, sending medical equipment and relief materials, in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "Neighbourhood First Policy." Sundar Nagarajan, the Indian citizen accused of helping to fund Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah, has out of the blue consented to his extradition to the US. S-Canada border crossings near Niagara Falls were closed Wednesday as terrorism investigators responded to a vehicle explosion at Rainbow Bridge, local and state authorities said. The cause of the incident was not immediately clear but New York Governor Kathy Hochul said state police and the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force were monitoring all points of entry into the state.
