Referring to the slogan 'swaraj (self-rule) is my birth right and I shall have it' given by freedom fighter Bal Gangadhar Tilak, PM Modi said, "Today is the time to say that good governance is our birth right and we will have it..." The NDA govt has been pushing for good governance by easing rules and repealing obsolete laws.
