After the Army initiated disciplinary action against Major Gogoi, former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Mehbooba Mufti "welcomed" the step on Monday. Mufti, in a tweet, said she hoped that unlike Pathribal and Machil fake encounters, this case is taken to its "logical conclusion".
