India ready to assist Lanka in any way it desires: PM Modi to Sirisena

PM Modi had a positive exchange of views with SL President Sirisena on strengthening development cooperation and other areas of bilateral ties, MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said. The two leaders met in the Nepalese capital Kathmandu on the sidelines of the 4th Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) Summit which is being held from August 30-31.
