PM Modi’s 2018 I-Day speech is his third longest

PM Modi is usually at his eloquent best when delivering Independence Day speeches. Something that is evident from the duration of the five Independence Day speeches he has delivered from the Red Fort since his party came to power in 2014. His shortest speech was in 2017 when he spoke for a little under an hour. His longest was in 2016, when he spoke for over an hour and a half.
