Satya Pal Malik is new governor of Jammu and Kashmir

Satya Pal Malik will replace NN Vohra as the Jammu and Kashmir governor, according to a Rashtrapati Bhavan communique. Senior BJP leader Lal Ji Tandon has been appointed as the governor of Bihar replacing Malik, and Satyadev Narayan Arya will be the new governor of Haryana, it said.
