Satya Pal Malik will replace NN Vohra as the Jammu and Kashmir governor, according to a Rashtrapati Bhavan communique. ​​Senior BJP leader Lal Ji Tandon has been appointed as the governor of Bihar replacing Malik, and Satyadev Narayan Arya will be the new governor of Haryana, it said.
