Triple talaq bill not to be taken up in this Rajya Sabha session

The triple talaq bill will not be tabled in the Rajya Sabha on Friday, like was planned, because of no consensus among the parties. Friday is the last day of the Monsoon session of Parliament. The Centre was all set to clear the draft law making instant triple talaq a criminal offence.
