'UPA accepted aid for rehab', says Manmohan Singh's former media advisor on foreign aid to Kerala

Referring to the Centre's refusal to accept Rs 700 crore from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for flood relief in Kerala, Sanjaya Baru, ex-media advisor to former PM Manmohan Singh, said on Thursday that although the UPA government didn't seek foreign aid for natural calamities, it did accept support for rehabilitation.
