Florence becomes a hurricane, takes aim at US Southeast

The storm's sustained winds reached 75 mph, just over the threshold for a hurricane, as it made its way across the Atlantic, about 750 miles southeast of Bermuda. It was moving west at 6 mph. "All indications are that Florence will be an extremely dangerous Category 4 hurricane," the National Hurricane Center said said.
