Supreme Court Justice Kagan won't discuss Kavanaugh

​Kagan told law students at the University of California, Los Angeles on Thursday that the justices worked "super hard" to find consensus after Antonin Scalia's death in 2016 left the panel with only eight judges. Kagan says nobody wanted to look "as if the court couldn't do its job." But she declined to discuss the ongoing confirmation process for Kavanaugh.
