When cabin pressure loss led to a crash killing 121

More than 13 years ago, a Boeing aircraft crashed in Greece, killing 121 people. A year later, investigators concluded that omissions in controlling cabin pressure was the reason for the crash. On Thursday, the 166 passengers on board a Jet Airways flight faced the similar situation as the cockpit crew "forgot" to control cabin pressure.
