Lanka parties agree to form select committee

Sri Lankan political parties in decided to form a select committee to conduct parliamentary affairs. All-party meeting called by President Sirisena yesterday to resolve the crisis ended inconclusively. The House till now has passed two no-confidence motions against Rajapaksa and his government by a voice vote​.
