'Yellow vest' protests against Emmanuel Macron snarl traffic across France

Around 50,000 people took part in more than 1,000 protests at roundabouts and exits, wearing "yellow vests", against high fuel prices and stagnant spending power under President Emmanuel Macron.Most protests were relatively calm except a single casualty and few getting injured.The govt announced last week energy subsidies and higher scrappage bonuses towards cleaner vehicles.
