First manned space mission to ISS all set for launch since Soyuz failure

​The first manned space mission to the International Space Station since an unprecedented accident in October will launch on Monday. The launch comes after a Soyuz rocket failed on October 11 just minutes after blast-off. The failed launch was the first such incident in Russia's post-Soviet history.
