EU's Juncker expresses 'horror and sadness' after Sri Lanka attacks

EU commission chief Jean-Claude Juncker expressed his "horror and sadness" after a deadly string of Easter Sunday attacks ripped through Sri Lanka. "It was with horror and sadness that I heard of the bombings in Sri Lanka... I offer my heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims..." Juncker said.
