Chinese envoy calls on Pak army chief, discusses bilateral ties

Chinese ambassador to Pakistan Yao Jing on Monday called on Pakistan army chief General Qamar Bajwa and discussed matters of mutual interest, including regional security situation. The meeting came days after Pakistan army announced that it would deploy another division-size special force to protect Chinese nationals and projects under the CPEC.
