Donald Trump plugs for extended term saying Democrats stole two years

The US President compounded his suggestion by reversing position on whether FBI Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who investigated whether Trump colluded with Russia and obstructed justice, should testify before Congress, saying there was no need for Democrats (who control Congress) to reopen the matter when the probe had vindicated his position (it has not).
