Europe wakes up to climate concerns after green wave in vote

Green parties in Germany, France and Britain celebrated big gains in elections for the 751-seat European Parliament amid growing voter concerns over climate change. Provisional results Monday showed the left-leaning Greens' bloc coming fourth in the election with 69 seats, an increase of 17 compared with 2014.
