Explosions in Nepal's capital leave 3 dead, 8 wounded

Three explosions killed 3 people and wounded at least 8 in different parts of Nepal's capital on Sunday, with police suspecting that an outlawed communist group was responsible. The first explosion occurred in northern Kathmandu, killing 2 people and injuring 5, cops said. The second blast was in a house in the central part of city, killing 1 and injuring 1.
