US to roll out economic part of Mideast peace plan

The Mideast plan, which has been two years in the making, envisions large-scale investment and infrastructure work in the Palestinian territories. But the central political elements remain mostly unknown. And the economic workshop, June 25-26 in Bahrain, will not address the most contentious parts: borders, the status of Jerusalem, Palestinian refugees, Israel's security.
