Ultra-nationalist leader Avigdor Lieberman, who has emerged as the "kingmaker" in the formation of the next Israeli govt, has asked Prime Minister Netanyahu and his main challenger Benny Gantz to "flip a coin" to decide who takes the first shot at premiership in a rotation arrangement. Netanyahu reached out to Gantz to join hands to form a national unity govt, but the latter said that he would be PM.
