UK PM Johnson tells Tusk he does not want a Brexit delay

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson told European Council President Donald Tusk on Wednesday he did not want another Brexit delay, confident he could still get a deal through parliament by Oct 31. Asked whether the PM thought he could get a deal passed by Oct. 31, his spokesman said: "That was the message which the PM delivered to Donald Tusk earlier this morning."
