Back-to-back blasts hit Afghan capital; at least 4 wounded

Back-to-back explosions targeting a military training centre in Kabul wounded at least four Afghan national army soldiers early Monday, police and govt officials said. Ministry spokesman Nasrat Rahimi tweeted, emergency workers and investigators were on the scene of what Rahimi called suicide attacks on the Centre at the western edge of Kabul.
