Looting, fighting and roadblocks convulsed Bolivia on Monday after President Evo Morales' resignation ended his 14-year rule and created a power vacuum following weeks of violent protests. The departure of Bolivia's first indigenous president came on Sunday when the military abandoned him amid unrest over his disputed October 20 re-election.
