Entering an election year, Trump is unlikely to slow down as he seeks what has largely eluded him-a headline-grabbing victory. Trump closes 2019 with a stain as the third president in US history to be impeached yet also with perhaps his two biggest achievements-killing the leader of the IS, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, and the trade pact with Canada and Mexico.
