16 prisoners killed, 5 injured in jail fight in Mexico

An altercation in the Regional center of social reintegration (Cerereso) in the northern Mexican state of Zacatecas has left 16 inmates killed and five others injured, the local Public Security Ministry said on Wednesday. Violent riots and clashes are commonplace in Mexican jails.
