Trump administration likely to introduce new wage levels for H-1B program

The Department of Labour has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for its review, a draft regulation to restructure wage levels and requirements in the H-1B visa program. This has been on the cards of the Trump administration for several months.
