Israeli agencies raid NSO offices over Pegasus row

Israeli government agencies have raided some offices of surveillance software vendor NSO Group “to begin assessing” security breach allegations against the company’s Pegasus spyware in the wake of an international media consortium claiming to have blown the whistle on multiple governments snooping on prominent personalities, journalists and political rivals. The Israeli ministry of defence announced the raids through a tweet.
