Pakistan talks of strife in India amid buzz of PM Modi-Shehbaz Sharif meet

While there was no official response from India, government sources said Pakistan should look at its own record of having persecuted consistently its ethnic and religious minorities. Islamabad’s comments came amid speculation, following PM Narendra Modi’s congratulatory messages to his Pakistan counterpart Shehbaz Sharif and the latter’s response, about a possible meeting between the leaders on the sidelines of the SCO summit in Tashkent in July.
