Southwest Airlines flight cancellations continue to snowball

Southwest Airlines is having a lot of cancellations because of their old crew-scheduling system and their network design. Customers are feeling stranded and frustrated. The Transportation Department is investigating what happened. There are reports that the airlines might have to pay refunds for all the cancellations that were within their control.
