Special counsel to probe Joe Biden's handling of classified documents

The US Attorney General, Merrick Garland, named a special counsel to investigate improper storage of classified documents at the home of former Vice President Joe Biden. The special counsel, Robert Hur, will look into whether any person or entity violated the law. The White House said some material was found in a locked garage at Biden's home and an adjacent room, and pledged to cooperate.
