Mike Pence ordered to testify against Donald Trump in Jan 6 attack probe

Former US Vice President Mike Pence has been ordered by a judge to testify about his conversations with then-President Donald Trump in the lead-up to the 6 January 2021 Capitol riots. While Pence can decline to discuss his actions on the day of the insurrection itself, he will have to answer questions on any potential criminality and will be required to comply with a federal grand jury.
