Trump lawyer seeks monthlong delay in trial over rape claim

Donald Trump's attorney, Joseph Tacopina, is seeking a one-month delay in the trial over columnist E. Jean Carroll's allegations that Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman department store dressing room in the 1990s. Tacopina cited Trump's recent 34 felony charges related to paying hush money to adult film star, Stormy Daniels, and "prejudicial media coverage" as reasons for the delay.
