UN chief raises concerns with Russia about Ukraine grain deal

The United Nations Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, has reached out to Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine warning of concerns about the decision's enforcement of the current grain export deal. The agreement was established by the U.N. and Turkey in July 2021 to provide aid in responding to the global food crisis sparked by the Europe-Wide War's most deadly episode since World War II.
