Ex-writer who sued Trump seeks new damages for CNN comments

E Jean Carroll, the former US magazine columnist who holds ex-president Donald Trump responsible for 1990s sexual abuse and defamation, is seeking further damages after he belittled her in a CNN interview two weeks ago. "She's a whack job," the 2024 Republican primary candidate said on CNN.
