Suspect held after 4 killed in Japan gun and knife attack

Japanese police have arrested the suspect who had holed up in a house in central Japan after allegedly killing four people, including two police officers. The man reportedly told a witness he wanted to kill one of the victims, and the mother of one of the women who escaped said the attacker was her son, and that his father was chairman of the city assembly.
