US says Beijings moves risky as Chinese ships swarm sea

US defense secretary Lloyd Austin has voiced concerns over China’s "coercive and risky" behavior towards Philippine vessels in the oil and gas-rich area of the South China Sea. The warning came after the Philippine military revealed that 48 Chinese fishing vessels had been "swarming" the area.
