Fire at Louisiana oil refinery sends tower of black smoke into the air, but no injuries reported

Residents near a Louisiana refinery were ordered to evacuate after a fire broke out. The fire, which was contained to the Marathon Petroleum facility, caused thick black smoke and destroyed at least one storage tank.
