Twitter-DOJ spat over Trump data raised questions on Elon Musk’s role

Producers from Jack Smith's office & lawyers from Twitter appeared in court in February to dispute a warrant for Donald Trump's Twitter Account. The government obtained a non-disclosure order preventing Twitter from notifying Trump. Twitter to fight this, on the grounds of First Amendment free speech rights and that the government's secrecy was not to protect the investigation.
