Azerbaijan and Armenia accuse each other of military build-up

Armenia and Azerbaijan have accused each other of moving troops near their joint border, escalating tensions over the Nagorno-Karabakh enclave. Despite the accusations, both countries claim to be committed to the peace process. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan accused Azerbaijan of military build-up, while Azerbaijan's foreign ministry called the claims "fraudulent political manipulation".
