Former Czech Premier Andrej Babis loses case on collaborating with communist-era secret police

Slovakia's Supreme Court has upheld a ruling dismissing a lawsuit by former Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis against allegations of collaboration with the communist-era secret police. Babis had sued Slovakia's Institute of the Nation's Memory, which holds parts of his secret police files. The institute claims the files contain evidence that Babis was an agent, but he denies this.
