Pakistan: 8 suspected members of TTP, IS killed in Balochistan

Eight members of the banned Tehreek-e Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and IS outfits were killed in operations in Balochistan's Quetta and Washuk districts. A kidnapped person was also rescued during the operation. Pakistan has seen an increase in terrorist activity since the TTP's ceasefire with the government ended last November, with a sharp 83% rise in terror attacks in August alone.
