Fifth death confirmed in UK after Storm Babet

A fifth death has been confirmed in the UK following the severe weather brought by Storm Babet. The body of a man was found after he went missing in flood waters in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. This brings the total number of deaths in Scotland to three, with two additional deaths in England. Thousands of homes have been flooded and several hundred people are homeless. The storm has also caused damage in Germany, Norway, and Denmark. The UK is still on alert with more heavy rain expected.
