Name change creates travel woes for a man in UK

A man named Kenny Kennard, who changed his last name to 'Fu-Kennard' as a joke, is facing travel restrictions due to his altered name. Although he successfully obtained a driving license with his new surname, his passport application has been rejected multiple times due to concerns that his name might be offensive. Kenny has contested the decision but has been unsuccessful so far. He is now unable to travel abroad and is limited to holidays within the UK.
