Key LeT commander killed by unidentified men in Pakistan

A top Lashkar-e-Taiba commander, Akram Ghazi, was shot dead in Pakistan, making it the second assassination of a terrorist targeting India in one week. Ghazi was responsible for recruiting terrorists for Lashkar and played a role in radicalizing individuals who infiltrated into Kashmir. Pakistani agencies are investigating the killing and are considering local rivals and internal conflicts within Lashkar as possible motives. This killing adds to a series of recent setbacks for Lashkar and its parent organization, ISI.
