Pro-Palestinian protesters shut down bridges in San Francisco, Boston

Protesters demanding a cease-fire in Gaza disrupted traffic on bridges in San Francisco and Boston during a global trade summit attended by President Joe Biden. In San Francisco, 80 protesters were arrested and 29 vehicles were towed after blocking all lanes on the Bay Bridge. In Boston, around 100 protesters stopped traffic on a bridge connecting the city to Cambridge. The protesters called on Biden and Senator Elizabeth Warren to take action to halt the hostilities between Israel and Hamas. Similar protests have also occurred in Washington, D.C. and other parts of the US.
