Three more journalists killed in Gaza in Israeli offensive, relatives say

The head of a media institution in Gaza and two other journalists were killed in Israel's offensive in the territory, bringing the total number of journalists and media workers killed in the region to 48. The New York-based Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) confirmed the deaths, with most of the casualties occurring in Gaza.
