Biden mishandled documents, but no criminal charges, says US special counsel

Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed US special counsel Robert Hur to oversee the investigation into President Joe Biden's possession of classified documents. Biden's lawyers have cooperated with the investigation and turned over a small number of classified documents found at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.
