India 'strongly' raises student's case with US authorities

The Indian consulate in Seattle has raised concerns with US authorities regarding the decision of the local prosecutor to not pursue criminal charges against a police officer, Kevin Dave, responsible for the death of an Indian student, Jaahnavi Kandula. The Seattle City Attorney's office will review the case.
